2020 is coming to an end and I would like to take the chance to thank you all for your loyal support. Without a doubt, 2020 has been different in many ways.
The past months have been challenging for all of us, not only as a company but also for all of us as individuals. I would like to thank you all, our valued customers, partners, suppliers and employees, for your loyalty, support and flexibility in times like these.
I am very proud to say that our team at IDENTEC SOLUTIONS always held their spirits high, which was important to keep our customer support up and running without any disruption. Despite the travel ban as a result of the global pandemic we were able to win new customers and projects remotely.
We were and will be taking all preventative measures necessary to stay healthy in all our offices around the globe and continue to improve and deliver our solutions as usual. I want you to know, that we are working hard to maintain the accustomed service level provided by our teams.
However, we feel the responsibility to take precautionary steps to protect the health of our employees and customers in line with governmental restrictions and recommendations from the WHO. For this reason, the company has decided to keep up the travel restrictions, currently applicable through to the end of January 2021, for the safety of its employees and customers.
